Course Cancellation Policy

There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested up to 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. Cancellation fees may be used toward future courses (no time limit). No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived.

Note: the Student rate does not allow any CEUs or CEs.
