Registration Fees are the following:

• Physicians: $799
• Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $650
• Medical Residents or Fellows: $550 (must provide proof of residency/fellowship)
• Student rate for those attending MD/DO, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant schools: $450 (must provide proof of enrollment). NOTE! The Student rate does not include CMEs/CEs; this rate is reserved for first time students in medicine and nursing (not for DNP students with a NP degree). Please email us to qualify for the student rate. 

Cancellation Policy for Courses 
There is a $100 service charge for refunds requested up to 30 days prior to a course and a $200 service charge for refunds requested within 30 days of the course. No refund requests will be honored once the course date has arrived.
